Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of sewing machines in a warehouse setting. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Duties:
- Operate sewing machines to sew, fabricate, and assemble automotive upholstery according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet goals and deadlines

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in automotive upholstery or related field
- Proficient in operating industrial sewing machines
- Strong knowledge of upholstery construction techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow instructions accurately
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues

- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
